I use to be a Boxing tragic as I am sure many of you are or were. How in hell could a sport disintegrate to the shambles it is today I have no idea.

I know many members here are fans of UFC. I have tried to get it....I really have ....but it just doesn't do it for me.

So.....if you had a great Boxing match on one chanel.......a great UFC on the other channel.....you could watch one and record the other....which would you watch Live (both great matchups)....The Boxing or UFC?

I see better fights at Hockey games.

Boxing. There is still great boxing out there if you know where to look. Still plenty of exciting fighters and 2013 was a great year.

I'm a UFC fan personally

I enjoy the various styles and specialties each fighter has.

Its especially interesting when a grappling specialist has to fight a stand up fighter for example.

One fighter spends the whole match trying to get on the mat while his opponent spends the fight trying to keep this vertical. It can be great to watch

UFC all the way Rob!!!!

Travelled to Sydney from Perth, 2 years ago to watch UFC 127, the first event in Oz.

Had great seats, loved every minute of it.

How could boxing disintegrate? Two words. Don King.

Great year in boxing!

And for me it's boxing, do also like Kickboxing as I do both. UFC not that much except for a few fighters' style I like but other than that it's boxing all the way, also like to watch old fights.

A good MMA Match > Boxing Match any day of the week. I stopped watching boxing after "Tito" Trinidad retired the 1st time and before chicken de la hoya became a singer/boxer/promoter.

Definitely UFC, boxing's way too commercialized, plus you can't beat the idea of close to a no holds barred fight like in the UFC with so many more "weapons" available.

Boxing for me not that I'm a big fan of it but i find it there's an art rather than free for all thing. And it is official sport after all its in the Olympics.

Boxing, but bring back bare knuckle. Fewer deaths and head or brain injuries.

Padded fists can punch a jaw all day long, bare ones can't.

Boxing!

At the end of the day UFC just ends up as 2 dudes hugging on the ground. Yes Yes - I know their using great combos and techniques and takes years of skill and dedication to get that good - but it still is 2 dudes hugging on the ground.

UFC; multi-phase combat.

Boxing is a little boring to be honest - too many special interests blocking the best fights. UFC is a better organisation in the sense that they generally pit the best against the best.

UFC all the way for me. Love watching the old boxing matches on ESPN though. It's the all round fighting of MMA that really appeals to me. With the UFC they always seem to have one fight on every card that is outstanding or at the very least entertaining. The matchmaking is excellent, Joe Silva does a great job :-)

Tops for me would be a great boxing match but today that is a rarity. Too many belts and to much corruption. Boxers avoid each other to keep there belts. As a result I rarely watch boxing and if I do it is at a local bar that charges a small cover which often is waved. If the boxing is bad there is always the between match entertainment from the girls. Awhile back I watch went to a boxing match there. UFC also had a match playing at the same time. The bar showed only the main event of boxing and the rest was UFC.

With the state of boxing today I would say UFC win for me
