Guest rob Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 These are both legendary IMO - Hey call me Bruce Yellowbeard
Hafner32 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Daughter has me hooked on Pitch Perfect, probably watched it 4 or 5 times with her and actually find myself stopping on the channel when I flicking through and I spot it.
thebigk Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 The Fifth Element with Bruce Wills and the girl that I can't remember her name but she was HOT
MarkofStark Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Oh god this is tough. As a huge movie guy this was a tough answer. If the question was 'what movies do you hate that everyone loves' I could start some stuff, haha. The first ones that came to mind was Spidey 3 and Breakfast club, though breakfast club is hard to be embarrassed about since everyone digs it, but it doesnt get said. But to be honest, my worst is probably Street Fighter, the JCVD and Raul Julia movie, I just dig it.
Ophidion Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Almost famous. I don't care what any one says. Great movie about living in the 60/70s and rock journalism.
bassman Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Sexy in the City 1 and 2! lol.. Sex & The City 1 was a nice movie. 2 was crap. A couple for me... The Angry Red Planet- cheesy sci fi but scared the crap out of me as a kid Weekend At Bernie's- also cheesy, but very funny. And again, the sequel was aweful Toxic Avenger- more cheese but funny again And a good movie, especially if buzzed- Koyoniskotsi, with the Phillip Glass score (not sure if I spelled it right)
jimbo1 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Grease...But don't tell anyone. me too..... and nothing wrong with Almost Famous, great movie!
potpest Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Anything with Ashton Kutcher in........**** did I say that out loud
Puros Y Vino Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Love Actually. I HATE XMas movies with a passion. But this one is funny. Hugh Grant at his best. Great cast overall, very funny movie.
Natedog Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Legally blond ( my wife laughs at me, if it's on and I have time to spare...watching it!) Hook Peter pan (2003 version) Most Pixar flix Ice castles ( really going back a ways) theme music still chokes me up. BIG 13 going on 30 Easy A (love it and Ema stone)
LeafLover Posted October 4, 2013 Author Posted October 4, 2013 Another two is Goonies and any of the original Little Rascals shows. A bit juvenile but I'll watch them evrytime its on.
Skyfall Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Legally blond ( my wife laughs at me, if it's on and I have time to spare...watching it!) Hook Peter pan (2003 version) Most Pixar flix Ice castles ( really going back a ways) theme music still chokes me up. BIG 13 going on 30 Easy A (love it and Ema stone) I'm with you on both Hook and Peter Pan!
marty922 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 The Princess Bride. Mates that have never watched it give me stick about it. Inconceivable! Most that do watch it, change their minds. One of the all time classics I reckon.
NastyPirate Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 My most recent production. Loved it when I read the script, hated producing it, loved when I saw the final cut. Crimes of the Past.
Cohiba Stevie Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Batman forever. Val Kilmer was a great batman but a terrible Bruce Wayne. Jim Carrey is always worth watching. Nicole Kidman was smoking hot.
Coolio Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 The Princess Bride. Mates that have never watched it give me stick about it. Inconceivable! Most that do watch it, change their minds. One of the all time classics I reckon. Loved it. One of my favourites and I don't mind admitting to it!The film I've never admitted to loving, that I am now, is 50 First Dates with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. I'm almost ashamed to be a man!
westg Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 The Princess Bride is such a cool movie ..I have mates that still pull one liners from it today and so do I. Very funny and a classic, having a Christian as West I still get called Westly today because of this , but I could never be as cool as the dread pirate Roberts.
kws2004 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 We where soldiers Mel Gibson was outstanding as Lt. Con. Hal Moore!
Rogers72 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 I'm a huge fan of musicals. My Fair Lady and The Sound of Music are probably #1 and #2 "favorite all time" movies for me. I don't mind admitting it.
CanuckSARTech Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet (the Baz Luhrman version) Meet Joe Black The Notebook City of Angels
