While I have a ton of cigars, I'm actually running low on these. The newest year of either I've smoked is 2009. Anyone tried newer production. SLR still full bodied? RyJ still strong? Many thanks!

I've had a couple of SLR DC's from 2011. Very mild. I've had Cazzies from 2010 & 2011. They've been pretty strong but flavourful.

Another vote for Cazadores...pretty strong, not overly complicated..pretty consistent RYJ..last were from 2011.

Loving the 11/12 crazies. I haven't had one that didn't blow me away.

Yes. Have a box from early 12' smoked prob 8 so far and they're pure cazzie, some have even had that cherry type richness to them but all have been just real straightforward ryj Cazzie and deliver.

While I agree the RyJ Cazador is plenty strong it just doesn't have the complexity and range of the SLR DC. Between the two I think the SLR is a better buy, but then again getting both is usually how I solve these problems.

microwave your cigar for about 15 seconds on 8 power setting, and it should do the trick. keep the band on to "brown" it.

So I decided on the Cazzies & a box of Partagas Presedentes.peace.gif

interesting. could you try this with two decent cigars from same box, smoke em blind, and report back? looking.giflol3.gif

Enjoy your Cazzies and prezzies... keep stumblin across your reviews on cigars-review, handy, keep up the good work!

SOOOOO much more enjoyable than the flat, boring and utterly uninspiring PSP2. Nice choice! Not enough people know about them or smoke them!

Now that's highly debatable!
