dangolf18 Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Ugh...Spring Break really did me in . Had way too much brisket during Passover. Anyway, down to 82.6kg for a monthly weight loss of 3kg. Losing weight is one of the hardest things I've had to do, considering I'm in my last semester of college. No partying for me . However, I think the end result will be well worth it and I already feel healthier and more fit.

socapots Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Man I wish I was around for the beginning of this. Was in a competition at work. Came in second. First prize was like 200 bucks too. Second prize was 0 lol. But on the upside I went from 200 to 185. Lbs that is.

Haven't had a beer since superbowel and its getting tougher that warm weather has started to show up in Toronto.....That being said I've never felt better, I sleep better,golf better,and the gf doesn't seem to mind . Negative - I had to go to yorkdale shopping center this week to buy new jeans because there too baggy now. Positive - One,two glass's of wine gets me a small buzz now lol before took me 3,4 glass's Same as before eating healthy no sugars no heavy fats, 0.000 beer just a glass of wine. I hit a road block where I couldn't lose any more weight after the 100kg mark it was my plateau, so went to see a friends who is a physical trainer at Extreme Fitness and she got me to try this..http://www.doctoroz.com/episode/green-coffee-fat-burner-works ....Canadian brothers you can find at local gnc and it well help for sure! Its been helping me drop pounds like crazy (taking this you cant be a lazy a$$ just kus your taking these u still need to eat good and work out)

zmancbr Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Well I definitely slowed down quite a bit but still managed to eek out a small drop despite having a terrible cold for a few weeks and it putting a huge dent in my workout regime. March 30th offical weight was 91.6 KG or 202lbs. Only 7ish more lbs to go to hit my target. But I might keep going to see if I can get my BF% to my target range.
