dangolf18 Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Working on a paper, watching the game, and drinking some wine.
Dara Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Wings with a 11 monsdale an 09 RASS and a Por Larranaga legendarios. Beer and rum to accompany. Brazos, I am awestruck at your dedication to meat....well done!!
tmac77 Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 This is for after the game and celebrating Ray Ray's win!
LGC Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 I'm doing goat. Oxtails. This is all I need! This is my comfort food. I don't do turkey for Thanksgiving. I prefer curry goat and stewed oxtail. What style are you cooking? I did Cincinnati chili today... 3 ways and hot dogs.
tmac77 Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Getting ready for the 2nd half with a Punch Sabrosos.

jacktarnold Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 My food is pathetic compared to David's. maybe he can come to Nebraska and cater for me.
tmac77 Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Did you save one of those beers for Fran? LOL Oppps .... too late now all gone.
CaptainQuintero Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 The Arnold family Super Bowl party. Apparently the dogs didn't want left out. Love this! It's what life is all about, family and big old smiles!
DrunkenMonkey Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Brazos, you're probably in some sort of pleasant meat/cigar/beer coma by now, but thanks for letting us all live vicariously through your cooking. Beautiful.
celtmick1984 Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 -11°C! I am cooking indoors where the beer will not freeze! I do love your hat, I must say! That the cold weather inspired such things makes it almost worth it, no?
stogiecidal Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 It's poutine week in Montreal...went on a poutine crawl tonight with a few buddies and caught each quarter in a different location. For those not familiar poutine is fries and cheese curds smothered in gravy...mmm mmm good lol First was the Hangover poutine at Burger Bar Montreal...fried egg sunny side up, wild BC mushrooms finished with truffle oil. Had a pint of Stella to help wash it down. Second was the Hangover poutine version at M-Brgr...shoestring fried onion and beef salami. Pint of local Boreale Rousseau to help digestion. Third was the Italian sausage poutine at Bevo Pizzeria and Bar...pan seared Italian sausage, confit onions and banana peppers...had a pint of McAuslan IPA on tap which was stellar. Last was the #1 poutine at Mechant Bouef...fricatelle, oka and cheddar cheese with pork flank confit and onion tempura...had tonic to help wash this down and ease the pain lol Happy to see Ray Lewis grab one more chip before retiring... PS sorry no smoke didn't have it in me after all that...
