Upmann Royal Robusto or RA Superiors?

As the title states, which would you choose and why? Does the RA have the classic RA profile? Trying to decide between the two and can't make up my mind..

You can't go wrong with either. However, I think the RA wins because of value. It's such a great cigar and comes in around 20% cheaper than the RR.

The RA Superiores are the best at the moment but they are smoother than the rest of the line in my opinion.

Superiores for me hands down. I enjoy both, and they are very different, but for me, RAS all the way.

+1 , Im working off an HQ Box from Czar, each one smokes better and better... tremendous cigar.. Its not often I agree with SChlomo!

I really like the H. Upmanns, but the Superiores are much better. Finished a HQ Czar box from '11 and have another '10 resting. Might pick up another '11 at the LCDH if they still have some. I only have one box of Royal Robustos on the other hand that I am in no rush to break anytime soon.

Superiores for me, I smoked/gifted 2 boxes and A1

The RR were ok but didn't rock my socks. I guess I need to smoke more of them

If you plan to smoke them now, the Superiores is probably an easier cigar.

But on the mid term, the Royal should be a …superior cigar.

Had a rr which was just good quality solid tobacco with no special profile but then it was fresh. Have not had a superior though I hear good things and they are cheaper. I say get both.

Never had the RAS, but I've tried the last years '11 RR and it was fantastic. Not sure about the new production if they are the same.

I have preferred the '12 RR over the '11 from a few different box codes.
