anthem Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Another vote for RASCC, I have 2 boxes, one from 10 and another from 12, I'm looking at picking up some more since they are possibly being discontinued
tydra Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 RASCCs are on the lighter and brighter side in flavor. SC El Principe are darker and bolder. Trini Reyes are, IMO, very distinct, their flavor profile is different from all other small cigars out there. All the above are fantastic.
headstand Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 I'm a fan of the Boli CJ: complex, deep flavors, thick smoke, and all of it right off the mark. Have a fond memory of smoking one on a winter night in the Canadian Rockies last year. I was bundled up in a thick parka, toque, and gloves; minus 25C. It was a glorious smoke! Waiting for Rob to give the thumbs up on recent El Principe. The singles I have had have been very tasty. Less brooding than the CJ and a welcome change of pace.
nikesupremedunk Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Dammit, if anyone knows where to get some RASCC, please PM me also! I thought until last week they were pretty available...checked tonight and no one has them.
Smallclub Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 RASCCs are on the lighter and brighter side in flavor. SC El Principe are darker and bolder. I totally disagree. I've never had a "light" RASCC and El Principe aren't bolder. However they share a characteristic: a high percentage of under filled cigars in each box.
