Well this week is the week I start putting together the Customs I will be bringing out later in the year.

There are a couple of "likely's".

  • I will again do the "Tampa" Custom (44/45 gauge Dalia, shaggy foot) and maintain the same complex blend.
  • I will again do the Czar but get back to the Celestiales Fino shape. It will be nutty, medium bodied with a kick at the end.
  • The Lisadores 638 I have to get the blend right but I do want a skinny. I want it to resemble Lisa's personality....approachable, complex, sweet and with a kick when you least expect it.

I will be looking at another cigar to round out the offerings.
Couple of things to consider:
  • I want it to be full bodied.
  • I want a historical shape.
  • I want it to smoke in an hour or under.

Please give it some thought and make your recommendations. If you can post a pic of the shape and dimensions from historical photo's please do.

Once we have the shape nailed, we will run a little comp to name it.

I appreciate the help thumbsup.gif

****and NO...I am not taking pre-orders. We are looking at September/October if everything goes well biggrin.gif

Super Ramon size named "The Robpedo"

Real answer:

Corona Gorda or Parejo (football shape) for something different. I would have said dalia but that's already covered.

Can't wait for this, I missed out on the original customs.

Maybe a petit partagas presidentes in homage to Lisa's new wee'un

The partagas presidentes is 6 1/5 x 47, have the foot chopped clean at 5 inches so it looks like a thin, petit piramides (RYJ probably one one named that coming out soon) and comes in at the one hour or under aim.

The Petit Presidente!

X100 Agree with you David! My vote is for these

Torpedo here as well. A bit longer than the Party Presidente would be fine.

Best,

I like the perfecto idea of Brazos.

But, my input on this would be the following....

I think a pyramide would definitely round out the stable. If you want it to stay as a sub-1-hour smoke, then just make it a short piramide (which is a bit of a travestly, honestly, but I get the timeline concerns due to just simple numbers). Something akin to a Party P1 in format, in essence.

The other option I think would be a robusto. Very classic shape, very very popular, and something that would balance out with the formats of the other cigars. Something in a nice LGC similar blend, or even a lighter QdO essence. But, I really like the thought of a LGC similar blend in a robusto format. It would really pair well with everything else, I think.

Petit pyramid ,like the P1 , less burn issues. And under a hour . I don't know how much love there is for a pyramid .

I also like David's size/shape idear.
