Limited Budget

Quick question. I'm on a limited budget and I am torn between two cigars. In your opinion, should I buy the H.Upmann # 2 or the HDM Epicure NO.1? I know that they are quite different, however, which of these two, if either would you choose?

I have a recent box of Upmann #2's and all I can tell you is that they are wonderful. I've never had an Epi #1 but I do have a recent box of Epi #2's and I think that they are going to need a few months of rest to thoroughly enjoy. So, for a more immediately enjoyable cigar, my money would go to the Upmanns.

The HdM Epicure No.1 is my everyday go to cigar, I love it's delicate aromas

and the easy going pace of this wonderful and no brainer cigar.

I would truly be unhappy if there would be a risk of any shortage in the near future.

If you're asking me, I would tell you to choose the H.Upmann No.2.

Basically, the Epi 1 doesn't bring enough money in, is smaller than 50RG and has not been highly rated by many respected places. 3 strikes. I may be completely wrong and they may be around for another 50 years, or they may be deleted in 2014...no idea.

I don't understand these speculations. Do you have an idea of the sales of the Epi #1 in Spain, France, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, Russia, etc?

The fact that a cigar isn't discussed on a cigar board doesn't make it an unsold or forgotten cigar…

Tmac77. You guys played us tough, and thats an understatement. Im a big Giant fan, I live in NYC. However, I have always liked the Skins. Not to many teams in the NFL I can say that about.
