Fatcigar Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 La Escepcion being a brand discountinued since 1989. Following its tradition, this La Escepcion Selectos Finos (38x166) have full strength in both favors & tastes, unlike Hoyo de Monterrey (its once sister brand).
Strada Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Beautiful! Thanks for always show exclusive cigars.
Ginseng Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I LOVE the old style band. The ER band looks so gaudy by comparison. Wilkey
shrink Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Where did you get those? “Those who know don't say, and those who say don't know.” - Lao-tzu, in the sixth century B.C

shrink Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Just crying over discontinuation of Partagas Serie du Connaisseur no.2, the only size in regular production discontinued a while ago. This weekend, I enjoyed one of these from a 2003 SLB. Simply divine cigar, one of the best I've had recently. Classic Partagas wood and spice, layered with a peppery, tangy finish.
ChanceSchmerr Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Beautiful Photos, man! My biggest regret from my Deployment.....that these got released too late for me to give 'em a try. I'm sure I'll get my hands on a couple singles to try........hopefully!

Nino Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Great pictures of a great cigar - Thank you, Fatcigar for sharing. We received ours last week : http://www.flyingcigar.de/smoking_cigars/2012_02_cigars_in_cologne.php
Michel1968 Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Given the gauge of this cigar against Habanos top-15 sellers it shouldn't be popular let alone desirable... (yeah yeah, I know... sour grapes)

Ginseng Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 What the hell?, I didn't expect him to post it. geeez calm down!!! How is that not the first thought that popped into everyone's head. You might want to check your attitude as well as the passive-aggressive act. I'm quite sure the thought popped into several people's minds. You are the only one to have posted and in such a crass manner. Let me be clear: wanker posts will get wanker treatment. Allow me to illustrate. "Where did you get those?" = telling a fellow his girlfriend is hot and asking to cop a feel = wanker "Sir, I've been looking forward to this release. May I please PM you with a few questions?" = expressing admiration and interest in a grown-up way = not a wanker Clear? Questions? Wilkey
