My First Three Weeks At The "Job"

Well Rob asked me to post something last week on the Friday to tell everyone how I was going. Then he puts a sale one and the Limited Edition cigars come in, and what happens, I get so many emails my eyes pop out!!!! To say that sitting in the chair that Lisa (my beautiful sister ) has filled for the last 9 years is overwhelming to say the least, but I am trying to find my way around it. I won't ever replace Lisa, as that is impossible, but I can be myself in the position that I am undertaking and create a relationship with all of you that will help me do my job easier. Rob, Smithy and Kurt and have been fantastic in helping me to tackle the emails and make it so much easier for me to do my job. Thank you to all of you that have been so welcoming in the past 3 weeks, as time goes on it will get easier for me but the suppport from everyone has been fantastic :-) Can't wait to be an aunty when Lisa and Frank have their long awaited baby in 2 1/2 weeks, put it this way Rob has already reserved a place in the birthing suite next to Frank, not sure how that is going to go!!!

Anyway it is a Friday night and I have am relaxed and going to sit with my gorgeous son have a chat, couldn't ask for a greater son than I have Have a great weekend every one and looking forward to chatting to you all next week.

You have done a Exellent job filling some pretty Massive shoes. To be honest, the transition has been pretty smooth, emails are still responded very promptly, fun and easy to deal with. You and Lise come from great gene's thats for sure! Keep up your exellent work. The only thing that would make your Job eaiser is to have a competent Boss!!! Hi Rob!

Di it's all ways a pleasurable experience whenever i email you or Kurt . While it might seem overwhelming to you at times to fill in for Lisa, i believe for most if not all us,believe it to be a seamless transition.
