Extra Cigar Boxes .........

I had some extra empty boxes lying around and was inspired by a cigar box lamp I have seen on another cigar forum, took me about an hour today to make.....also some goodies that arrived today(Mons Customs, Upmann Royal Robusto, RA Swiss RE, etc)

My empty boxes are all just stacked on a shelf - I really should do something with them before they all crash on the ground during the next earthquake.

On a separate note, I wonder how a bare cedar box would look with some tung or linseed oil rubbed into it. Maybe a light satin varnish. Hmmm.

I am guessing Cohiba has an exclusivity deal in place where their boxes are varnished and everyone elses are regular wood?
