El Presidente Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 I don't think there would be too many remaining in the world The limited release humidor was launched in 2003 with 500 made. I must say the cigars look/feel/smell amazing. A five pack (one of each) for those that want something a little different.
Lotusguy Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Think about it - that's cheaper than the Cohiba 1966 and something REALLY special... I have seen one of these in person and that humidor is a work of art. What will happen to this one once the cigars are sold? raffle price?
BlueClaw Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 that humi looks nice.. so, the deal is 1 humi with 5 cigars, right?
riazp Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Hovy, I know a while back they put up the whole humi for sale, but no one picked it up.
Puros Y Vino Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Could one buy the whole thing, humidor and 100 cigars? Afraid not. I just bought two fivers to break it up. $10K for my 10 is reasonable if you want to make it whole again.
jedipastor Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I want that HUMIDOR! Gosh that thing is gorgeous!
Rushman Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 My wife owned one of the humidors in this limited series. I wont tell you how much she paid (or how much she later sold it for), uless you PM me, but I have seen it in person. I have been lucky to see quite a few limited quantity humidor/cigar sets - including the Compay Segundo 90th bday MOntecristo box (series of 90) (which my wife still owns), and this is by far the prettiest - beautiful craftmanship. With or without the sticks, this humidor would be a prized posession of any BOTL, but I think it should be proudly displayed in the yet to be named new version of Czar HQ.

Great idea .... would be such a wonderful showpiece for the establishment.
