kevinfj Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Dead: Jean-Paul Satre "Hell is other people" -No Exit Alive: John Daly No explaination needed. In all honesty.....my dad. FJ
riazp Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Excellent, excellent choices. Mind if I join you? The more the merrier, thats the beauty of cigar smoking, its not about the cigar itself, but the moment and the conversations being had...the cigar ends up being secondary
bassman Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Dead: Jean-Paul Satre "Hell is other people" -No Exit Alive: John Daly No explaination needed. In all honesty.....my dad. FJ Nice! We named our 90s band No Exit due to that quote. I'd have a smoke with Fidel or Churchill- and a different smoke with Bob Marley.
Mr.T Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Che and my great-grandfather. I can still see him now smoking his stogies and watching the Cubs.
Mr.T Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Whoops, celebrities...it would be Che and George Burns....but an honorary mention for my great granddad, would love to have smoked one with him.
Puros Y Vino Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 For me. My father. Tops. Smoking it up in Italy and drinking wine from sunrise to sunset and back again. Celebs? Arnold. We can talk 80's movies. Grew up on his movies. not a fine actor by any stretch but he was in some of my all time faves. Conan, Terminator & Predator. "Goooo ruuunnnnnn ghet too dha choppahhh!!!!" George Burns. Iconic..would have 1000's of stories to tell I bet.
cigcars Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 *I remember this thread from awhile back. Only this current one is asking us what people "alive" we'd smoke with! Y'all 've been putting in George Burns, Winston Churchill, etc.! I think I recall mentioning any female cigar smokin' celeb would be my choice.
rckymtn22 Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Whoops, missed the "alive" part..... I guess I better come up with an alive person...
maverickdrinker Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 if this includes people who have passed away, i would say ghandi winston churchill

Warren Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 1) Arnold Schwarzenegger. 2) Aria Giovanni, after watching this . Thanks for sharing that video. I did notice one thing. That was not Ken.
Torontonian Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Well, in terms of people who are still living, both actor Christopher Lee and philosopher Alvin Plantinga are cigar-lovers - both would be engaging in conversation too. Plantinga has written a few books that have deeply impacted me, books on epistemology and logic. And Lee has starred in some of the greatest-awfullest horror films ever. Apparently he smokes Montecristos exclusively, preferring the lonsdale. Now, both Lee and Plantinga have deep, bass voices. And there does seem, generally, to be a connection, but why does it affect only certain people - the deepness I mean?
