My summer planned trip to Cuba was scuppered so I did the next best thing... a whisky buying trip/tour of Scotland! Had a great week with a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. Some great pick ups too -

I've yet to pick up a bottle of the Bin 150 to try. What's it like?

Tried it before at a Penfolds tasting. Fruit forward and rich with a bit of minerality, I find.

Have you tried that bourbon creme yet?  Any good?

Is that Glenlivet 18 for $55, or was that tag for the bottle below?

Bourbon cream is delicious as a dessert drink or over vanilla ice cream, if you're a bourbon fan.

The Glenlivet & Dalwhinnie were local Walmart clearance sales.
Yes, the Glenlivet 18 was $55 --> sold!

At the end of the Buffalo Trace distillery tours, they serve bourbon cream with root beer and it got my wife hooked.

The Bourbon Creme falls into a similar category with Baileys Irish Creme, but frankly makes Baileys tastes like moonshine in comparison. Highly recommended!

Sounds awesome!  Would probably make an awesome baby Guinness!
