Matt Day Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 hey all just wondering what everyones favourite brands are so as a bit of fun decded to do a poll. atm my favourite brands are bolivar and partagas notei left the likes of quintero etc of this mainlly as i thought that only the top moslty long filler brands should be included

I gravitate toward Partagas, Upmann, Montecristo.
Dbone Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 As of late I have been diving deep into Partagas and Montecristo. It's the dry sweet spice of Partagas, and the silky smooth cream and coffee from the Monte that have me heading deeper into the rabbit hole on these two Marcs.

Saint Luis Rey i come back to everytime, there is somthing different & special about the sieries A. It must be the Stone Fruit i guess lol. And ye Ol Partagas just has that in your face flavour & spice that i crave when i want somthing strong.

I'm also very happy to have a box of Sublimes sitting in my humidor. Lately I found the brand a little boring for some reason. I think it's because the last couple of '07 No. 2's went dull since last year. If I could only smoke one brand for the rest of my life, it would be Partagas! Recently I've come to love the Bolivar and Ramon Allones brand's especially some of the regional releases as well as their minutos And for some reason I LOVE El Rey Del Mundo, there's something about the brand that made me a huge fan, can't really explain it, might just be the packaging but when I see ERDM stuff online or in a shop I just get excited So I voted: Partagas & ERDM. The other 3 brands I love, but couldn't call my favorites. *EDIT* okay for some reason I can't vote right now.... but I would've voted Party & ERDM

Love the power and spice that I often get from partagas and the rich coffee and cream of Monte.

The last spot, used to be R&J, but stuff has been so-so lately, and LGC has been so spot on, that I'd have to give it to LGC/Partagas in a tie.
