Im gonna have to agree with chenman, if you will be buying with the intention of smoking those cigars regularly right away perhaps the EL's arent the best choice. I would seriously recommending the last box of La Gloria Cubana medaille #3's from 02. Its a very thin gauge cigar but will display amazing flavors. Just ask Lisa and they are an extremely good value.

Thanks for the recommendation - will follow it up - I know I wont be able to resit having one of the ELs when they arrive - but the intention would be to keep them on the bottom of the pile for a while...what is the thinking on these? age for 2-3 years? more?.... Ryan, thanks for the invite and apologies for the delay in responding - i have heard that the Morgan is one of the few havens for cigar smoking in Dublin - will definitely drop along at some stage in the future

Thanks for the tip - got my hands on a box of LGC Medaille d'Or no. 4's - (OSU JUL 02 from the Czar aged list) - beautiful dry cedar and raisins.... thanks again - will checkout the no.3's in time...
