I wasn't sure which room to put this thread in so here it goes. This is not a review of a particular cigar but of FoH. Words cannot describe how great Lisa and the crew have been to me. I got married in Aug of 08 and I e-mailed Lisa many months ago about acquiring a box with an Aug 08 box code on it to commemorate my anniversary. Months passed by with no luck in finding a box with that particular code. I was getting to think that Lisa forgot about me. About 7 months had passed and out of the blue, Lisa e-mailed me and told me she has a box of Siglo VI set aside for me. I was blown away that she was still looking out for me after all of these months. This is why I am loyal to FoH because where else can I get this kind of customer service. I'll post a review of this cigar in August as I'll be smoking one Siglo Vi per year on Aug 2nd to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Rob, please take good care of Lisa because she is truly an asset to your organization. Thank you Lisa!!

she probably had it from day 1. it just took her seven months to remember to let you know (lisa, i'm joking, seriously - don't burn my cigars).

wholeheartedly agree with PS OPUS regarding Lisa's immense value. she came thru for me big time when my wife and I had to leave Hawaii for a vacation to the US mainland. A box was missing, credit card didnt charge for some odd reason, but she came thru fast! and with her sweet warm disposition.

Needless to say, Everything worked out right on time before we had to leave, and my wife's family and my family really enjoyed your cigars in Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Chicago and near the Denver area!

And I hear the missing box arrived in Hawaii, as a friend recieved it.

Bravo!

I could not agree more with this post. Phenomenal customer service. That is the one of the key reasons I will continue to purchase all my CCs from Czar. Great job Lisa. Your demeanor is kind and courteous and you go the extra mile for your customers. I wish more businesses could have a point of contact as professional as you. Not only Rob, but the other FOH members are lucky to have you around. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. By the way...I received my latest order yesterday...thanks for making sure the Vegueros stick made it in the shipment. Thanks...

Thanks for kissing all my cigars before you send them off to me. That is really thoughtful. Let's go with a rouge next time, as my wife does not like the hot pink lip marks on my cigars. :)

JC, you sure it was Lisa who was kissing your cigars? With all the sexually ambiguous antics, you never can tell who wears lipstick over there... :)

Customer service can make or break a business. Im glad i can take comfort in Lisa for future purchases.
