Had the pleasure of meeting him by chance a couple years ago while smoking in the lounge at Holts center city. Nice guy.

Ken Gargett Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 really interesting stuff. enjoyed it very much and also some of the links. met christoph in havana a few years back (i'm sure it is the same person) and we had a ood chat. the stuff on the champagnes very interesting. drappier are a terrific little house. went there about 15 years ago and followed the champers ever since. ruinart and duetz both do some wonderful stuff. thanks.
