Wiley Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 Here you go, first a picture of my wife Amber throwing snowballs for our dog Sophie. Then a picture of the Caddy buried. (Hope you don't mind me adding to this Colt! We don't normally get snow like this so I can't resist.)
Tampa1257 Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 Thank you, thank you, thank you. Just want to let those of you that live where there is snow, that the weather for Christmas Day here in Florida is 80 (f) degrees. I miss the snow. Tampa
kilroy Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 Thank you, thank you, thank you.Just want to let those of you that live where there is snow, that the weather for Christmas Day here in Florida is 80 (f) degrees. I miss the snow. Tampa I miss it about once a year. My sister sent me pics from her house in Louisiana when it snowed last week. Snow + Louisiana + December = apocalypse! For Christmas I think me and the lil woman will go kick it at the beach!
El Presidente Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 Thanks Colt....You went out of your way Eggnog, snow, roasted chestnuts and a Snowman are about as exciting to me as being locked up in maximum sharing a cell with a guy called Bubba. Christmas day is waking up in the am and jumping in the pool or taking the kids for a short stroll to the beach for a surf. Back to the house, champagne, cherries and duck sausages slow cooked on the BBQ as we open presents. Post presents is back to the beach. Back for lunch which is prawns, lobster, crab, ham, potato salad, sparkling burgandy, cigars. Quick nap after lunch and then back for a late afternoon fish off the beach + cigar watching my kids in the surf. We finish off with a game of beach cricket. Keep the snow
First Lady Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Stop you are making me jealous ...... I love cold weather... I will just have to go for a swim this afternoon after I finish painting...

habanablue Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Just got back from a swim in Sydney Harbour...snow is yours!
cvm4 Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Just want to let those of you that live where there is snow, that the weather for Christmas Day here in Florida is 80 (f) degrees. Same here, oddly enough. That might be normal for you but it's usually a little colder for us on Christmas Day. And I'm not complaining
bolivr Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 I like it. Thanks Colt. I imagine having a nice warm enclosed veranda to smoke in while watching the other critters freezing their nuts off. Also. how do you guys get all that snow off your cars without scratching it?
Colt45 Posted December 24, 2008 Author Posted December 24, 2008 I like it. Thanks Colt. I imagine having a nice warm enclosed veranda to smoke in while watching the other critters freezing their nuts off. Also. how do you guys get all that snow off your cars without scratching it? Unfortunately, I smoke outside, and after the snow, the temps dropped and stayed in the teens. So I was the critter freezing his nuts off while having a cigar today. As for the car, I put mine in the garage during inclement weather (just an idea Wiley )
Wiley Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 But if I put the car in there where would I smoke??
