Been reading many a review here on FOH (great stuff) and I was wondering which manufacturer would be considered to have the most winners in their line-up?

No doubt about it: Ramon Allones. Every cigar is a winner. The RAG, the RASS, the RASCC and also the ERs. No other brand comes close.

Im gonna have to give the nod to Ramon Allones. I think they could definitely use a Piramides in the lineup though. While its much smaller a selection of vitolas to other brands you cant knock any stick they put out. Honorable mention to Cohiba.

Look at it in Olympic format.

Winners in sheer numbers: Partagas.

Winners on a per capita basis: Ramon Allones tied with Bolivar (is there a dud?)

Interesting, I would have thought Cohiba would have placed in the top 3. Granted that's a assumption based upon the name being synonymous with "cuban cigar".

There are plenty of Cohiba I am not fussed about. I can't say the same for Ramon Allones or Bolivar. Now that the BBF is getting back to where it once was I can't pick a cigar in either Marque that I do not like.

As for Partagas Let me play a full house hand

Partagas P2

Partagas D4

Partagas 898 V

Partagas Serie De Connoisseur No 1/2/3

Personally I can live on those alone but I have left out

Partagas Lusitania/Partagas Churchills De Luxe/Serie D No 3/Salamon.

Hey Spartan,

As I look through my humis I see a trend:

1) Bolivar

2) Cohiba (close second)

3) Ramon Allones

I have to admit I am remiss on all that Partagas has to offer, but I love the Shorts and PSD4.

Cheers,

Dave

I am and have been a Partagas ***** for many years, so Out right winners for me would be:

1. Partagas

2. Ramon Allones

3. Cohiba

That said, I could live for ever with just Partagas and Ramon Allones, Shear delight!

Partagas...

Best Robusto

Best Piramide

Best Lonsdale (R.I.P.)

Best Dalia

Best Delicados

and the best of the Limited Editions, as well.

Agreed on the Lonsdales, Dalias Delicados and Pyramides although 2006 and onwards Upmann No 2s have been excellent as well. The Cohiba Pyramides EL are out of this world :-) However, I'm surprised that you like the D4 better than the RASS and that you think that the Partagas ELs are better than the RA ELs? Each to their own, of course, but the way I read your messages regarding RAs over the past year, I thought you preferred them to Partagas.

It's actually an interesting question... I would have thought on sales figures alone that Montecristo would have been mentioned at least once. I would have definitely lost money in a bet.

#2, #4, EL Robustos & C's, Especials, Peit Edmundos, Edmundos ...

Anyway, my top three:

Partagas

Ramon Allones

Cohiba
