havanaclub7 Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Welcome to FOH! I'm a big fan of Rutherford, CA reds. A couple of weeks ago, I had a bottle of Cakebread Cabernet. And I have a couple bottles of Caymus in my wine cellar. There are a number of stellar wineries in your area. You'll have to tell us which one you work for and then start sending samples! :-D

puros71 Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 Welcome I live in Sacramento but I was born and raised in Santa Rosa. My broher lives in Windsor and whenever I get an oppurtunity I stop by Alexander Valley to visit some of the wineries. Great stuff.

I make a few different kinds, Cab, Zin, Syrah, SB and a dessert wine. As far as smoking, I just enjoyed a Punch Black Prince from '99 last evening. Lunch will find a LGC No. 1 in my hand. Cheers
