If this ever happened to me I would still find a way to smoke that tobacco. :-D And, really, I don't understand why Customs bothers with this. The tobacco is still smokable. They are still sending an "illegal" product through to the consumer that can still be consumed. It's a pointless, unnecessary, and cruel maneuver. Why is it not good enough to just seize the cigars?
