New member from Denmark

Hi fellow aficionados. I've been lurking around this board for years. And it's a great place when it comes to finding info on cuban cigars. Saw my friend "the dane" joining so I thought it was time for me to join as well. Had the pleasure of corresponding with Lisa a few years ago when I made an order through czar.

Been smoking for some 3½ years. Smoke both cubans and non cubans. Just like trying something new every now and then.

I live in Copenhagen alone and work in the IT industry. Among other hobbies I like bodybuilding and watching MMA. I go to the gym 5 times a week and I'm very strict with what I eat and drink. Thank God there are no calories in cigars :-D Also I'm half spanish and speak the language. Most of my family lives in Spain actually.

Last spring Í had the pleasure of visiting Cuba for the first time. Needless to say that the first thing I did was visiting the Partagas factory. The next thing was renting a car so I could drive to Pinar del Rio where me and my friend had the great pleasure of smoking alone with Don Alejandro Robaina and several members of his family. Have some great pics from our visit. There is even one with me and his grand son flexing our biceps :-D The visit was 2-3 hours where we smoked, laughed and drank some rum. When we left he signed a cigar for each of us with the date of the visit. Ooh if you visit him I'll let you in on a little secret. He loves chocolate ice cream ;-)

Just changed jobs so I might be very busy before I get settled in the new place but I hope to make some post in here every now and then.

Guilty as charged :-D Trying to organize people here in Copenhagen and get a new cigar club going since CCCC (Copenhagen City Cigar Smokers) have been inactive for way too long. The big problem is finding a place to herf. Since august we have a smoking ban in Denmark as well. We used to meet at the Davidoff cigar bar every other friday but I don't think they can continue hosting this because of the smoking ban :-( So far we have managed to gather small groups for private herfs at our own places.

Yes it's one of the caracters from Dragonball. I used to watch that cartoon with my younger cousin and used the name on other boards. So even though I don't watch it much anymore I'm still sticking to the nick. I use SonGoku or ifbbpro :-D
