ALB Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 After ordering some sticks, I just found out that El Prez. has NEVER offered to take Lisa to the promised land.:crying: Now I might know the difference between a Partagas & a Punch, but surely that's just being way too much of a tight-a.., even for E.P.? Isn't it only fair after all her hard work (& the fact she has to work with/for Rob on the days he's in:-P ) that she deserves to be sent at least for a few days to that lovely isle in the Caribbean? You see if I go there will be no one to look after all my lovely boys (and girls) :-) Rob does look after me guys and he appreciates me as much as you do. Ken Gargett Posted August 5, 2005 Share Posted August 5, 2005 guys, i go away for a few days and the whole thing goes to pot. are you mad? look, i love lisa as much as the next guy (in the nicest possible way). she'll be the first to tell you how i saved her business (not that i expected thanks but...). but think about it. sure, it is a nice idea and we all want to be seen as good community members and charitable and kind to small animals and all (not that any of those are relevant here) but if lisa goes to cuba (hell, if lisa goes home), rob is in charge. then where would we be. chaos can only reign for so long. and smithy still has his mind on chasing miss (or possibly mr) png. think of the bad old days when rob and his 'bald as a buddhist' mate ruled the place. chaos!
