How frequently do you smoke?

So as the title suggests, I’m curious to how often we all smoke and on average, how many cigars would we smoke in a sitting. So I hand it over to you all fine people.

Pretty much every day - usually just one a day but sometimes two. On Sundays it’s often three or more as that is dad’s day. Back in the day it was a lot more when I could smoke anywhere but my home or car. Unless I’m at a lounge, casino or herf I very rarely smoke more than one at a sitting.

2-3 a week. Rarely two in one day but it does happen.

Well I have cut back, 5 years ago I worked at a cigar lounge at night and I would smoke 4 a night 7 days a week! I smoke 2 a night in my home lounge, sometimes I sneak in an extra one if in the mood.😛 If at a herf with friends anywhere between 4 to 8 a day!

For me it’s simply a matter of opportunity. These days, I spend one week a month in Los Angeles and there I typically smoke one, sometimes two a day during the week. For those familiar with LA, it’s typically at my favorite smoking spot, the Grand Havana Room, during the week, and Fat Stogies, my second favorite spot, on Sunday. In Houston, where I spend the rest of my time, lthe wife keeps me busy so it’s more like two or three a week, usually with my son on his back patio.

Usually 1 on Friday after work then 2 maybe 3 on Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally 1 during the week if is a slow week at work. 1 per sitting.

In decent outside weather, 1 per day, sometimes 2. From mid-September to mid-April, zero. I am not a foul-weather smoker, and I refuse to sit in a garage.

The exact reason I left Chicago. Great city but the flame would freeze on your cigar in the winter.🥶

Usually three or four smaller cigars during a workday, mostly Petit Coronas or Coronas. On my days off, it’s normally two larger cigars.

I need to find a couple of places near me here in Sydney for the same thing. I know there are some places near by so I’ll have to try them out. It’s nice to have somewhere other than home for a change.

I’m the same with this, I don’t have a room in the house and refuse to smoke inside. My dad used to smoke indoors and it was horrible. But a gloomy cold garage is unappealing.

In Australia where I live, tobacco taxes and import charges make cigars a very expensive hobby. I try and smoke a few sticks a week. One or two on Friday morning when I get home from work, and something on the weekend if we are home.

I remember something similar dean Martin said about drinking. ”I drink moderately, and in fact I have a case of it in my car.”

Typically 4 - 6 a week and it's concentrated on the weekends or virtual herf Wednesday's.  Typically 2 in a day is my maximum, partially because I'm not able to taste nuances past that point and particually because the demands on my time are too great.

I'd love to wake up and have a cigar, or have a cigar in the afternoon every day but just not feasible.

Smoked two cigars last night watching the game. But to be honest wasn't paying too much attention. It got a bit drinky.

But usually averaging 1-2 cigars a week over the year.
