Popular Post LizardGizmo Posted Thursday at 10:13 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 10:13 PM I've decided I want to try photography and I've been working on understanding the interplay between the different elements that contribute to proper exposure. I even went and signed up for a few photo classes at a nearby camera store which was quite out of character for me. Today I was taking photos of a Robusto Trinity resting on my cigar stand. Through the precision of the lens, I started noticing all the little proof-of-use imperfections in the stainless steel. Instead of seeing scratches, I found myself thinking about how many cigars - and more importantly how many moments - that little stand has been with me for over the last four and a half years. Thousands, easily. This brought me to the thought of potentially losing my stand...I'd be pretty bummed out! I really love this thing. I would try to immediately replace it, though I'm not sure how I'd even do it. Do you have something in your setup that is crucial to your experience? A specific Lighter, cutter, ashtray, chair, mug, speaker, Kindle, TV, table, or your dog perhaps? Perhaps not necessarily the most expensive item, but the one that would leave a surprisingly big hole for you if it disappeared tomorrow. Here's the view I was referencing: 11 1
Popular Post JohnS Posted Thursday at 10:28 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 10:28 PM I purchased a PerfecPunch and Stand late last year and fell in love with it. Soon after, I bought one for a dear friend as a gift for him to try. A couple of months later, he left it behind on public transport and was devastated. I just bought him another one as a gift for his nuptials around the same time. He was very, very happy. I would honestly think that if I lost mine, I would replace it very quickly too. Also, my well-worn FoH stand, with all that 'bespoke' patina, would be impossible to replace. C'est la vie, I suppose. 17
Popular Post TomsRibs210 Posted Thursday at 10:43 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 10:43 PM Great question: I’d have to say my Turtlebox portable speaker for the outdoor sessions has to be the most consistent and adds the most to my experience. Close second, Sisuman portable ashtray. Perfect weight and feel. 8
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted Thursday at 11:19 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 11:19 PM I’ve repurchased at least 2 Xifei lighters (dropped and shattered), 2 Bose speakers (wore them out), and I would do the same for my PerfecPunch. Id be devastated to lose my tattered copper tobacco bowl that I use as an ash bowl and my old FOH stand. 11
Popular Post Wookie Posted Thursday at 11:42 PM Popular Post Posted Thursday at 11:42 PM PerfecDraw cigar poker. 10
Popular Post Ford2112 Posted yesterday at 12:51 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 12:51 AM My FOH cigar stand. I would travel to Mooloolaba to get one. 9 2
Popular Post loose_axle Posted yesterday at 12:58 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 12:58 AM My travel case and it's essentials being Xikar cutter, Perfecdraw, jet lighter of some description (the Xikar has recently been replaced with a Les Fines Lames one which is fantastic) and Les Fines Lames stand. Goes almost everywhere with me. 7

Right now it would be my scissor cutter, but hoping the PerfecPunch replaces it! 7

Popular Post Capn_Jackson Posted yesterday at 04:25 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 04:25 AM My XIKAR tactical 1. It was a gift, about three years ago, and it has lit nearly every cigar since. This is an old pic, and a lot of the paint has worn off since, but it’s still my gem. 10 1
Popular Post barrygoodvibes Posted yesterday at 04:44 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 04:44 AM Let’s ask Pagoda…He’s lost so many setups he should be the foremost authority on what to replace first. We know what he did not go out and buy…an AirTag. 1 4

Lots of lighters and cutters, but these are hard to beat if you want a 'forever' purchase. I would be looking for a new travel humidor if I lost mine. 6
Popular Post Duder Posted yesterday at 05:13 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 05:13 AM My Haliburton Ambassador & my Peter James Case. They have both been indispensable gear for 15-20 years. Neither are being produced now so I’d probably get one of Manny’s beautiful cases and go on eBay for another Ambassador. 4 1

Popular Post HabanosGuy Posted yesterday at 09:43 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 09:43 AM Many years ago, I bought a Perfect Cutter while I was on holiday in Miami. Over the years, I've purchased a lot of different cutters; however, I still find myself coming back to this one. Thanks to the built-in backstop, I can even use it in the dark without cutting too much off the cigar. Simple but effective. Not sure whether the store in Miami still exists... 6
BG318 Posted yesterday at 11:16 AM Posted yesterday at 11:16 AM My FOH cigar stand is irreplaceable. I would probably go out and buy a metal one if I lost it, but I hope that day never comes. My Davidoff leather 3 cigar travel case will probably never be replaced. A new one is a couple of hundred dollars, which seems excessive, and the other ones out there are too big and bulky for me. 4
Popular Post Joeyjojo Posted 22 hours ago Popular Post Posted 22 hours ago My Fox cigar cutter. I bought it years ago after seeing it on this forum. I had to order it from JJ Fox Dublin, back when they still delivered to the UK. Best cutter I've ever had and still going strong. 5

The ultimate travel protection for your precious cargo. I keep meaning to have it painted with my BILLS logo on one side and Cohiba on the other but have never gotten around to it. Had a guy lined up years ago but he fell out. 3
Popular Post Cigar Surgeon Posted 18 hours ago Popular Post Posted 18 hours ago Well, my v-cutter I suppose is the utilitarian answer. But for me the real answer is the 2Saints cigar stand my wife got me for a birthday a few years back. I fell in love with it, ironically enough, because of a Davidoff ambassador who had one and I saw it throughout a week long trip. 5
Popular Post Christophe Posted 18 hours ago Popular Post Posted 18 hours ago I feel like my lighter and travel case are relatively easy to replace, but I do love my large Arturo Fuente ashtray though. But honestly, I'm gonna have to go with my copy of El Habano Moderno or this vintage cigar-themed shirt my wife got me. It took me a fair amount of effort to track down the former where I am, but the latter I may never find again in this condition. Nonetheless, I would try. 4 1

Right now it would be my scissor cutter, but hoping the PerfecPunch replaces it! Haha...awesome! Look, I don't work for Perfec Cigar Solutions, but the thing about this product that has captivated me has been the ability to punch holes in the cap larger than a normal punch cutter. So, in essence, you can pretty much punch your cigar close to the size of cut that you'd get from a conventional straight cut. The reason for this is the design. The blades exert pressure inwards as it cuts, so bigger punch cuts are possible (and believe me, much appreciated). 1

JDoughty Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago My Rabbit Air. Though when I go shopping for a replacement, especially a remote, I will not make the mistake again of doing a general web search with images without adding lots of very specific qualifying terms to make sure that what I see is actually related to the air quality in a home cigar lounge. 1
