I am on a boat with PJ touring the bay and seeking answers to life's great questions through wine and cigars. I thought it best to give you a heads up. The Double Corona has long been Hamlet Paredes' favourite vitola, and the legendary Partagás Lusitania his benchmark for what a great long format cigar can deliver. It is therefore no surprise that he poured his heart and soul into the development of the N10 Indulgencia, and it is a cigar created to celebrate the patience, complexity and evolution that only a classic Double Corona can provide. Tasting Notes: The Indulgencia opens with notes of cedar, fresh bread and honeyed wheat before moving into a rich core of stewed fruit, toasted almonds and gentle baking spice. As the cigar settles into its stride, flavours of leather, honey and aged wood emerge, supported by a subtle earthiness and a creamy texture that keeps the profile balanced and engaging. The final third brings added depth with hints of espresso, cocoa and oak, delivering richness without sacrificing refinement. The cigar will start out light medium bodied (think SLR DC/HDM DC) and hit medium bodied at around the first third mark. The Indulgencia represents Hamlet's personal tribute to one of the greatest cigar formats ever created. I was telling the lads at Sunday/Mondays FOH Video hookup that the Indulgencia is the perfect NFL / English Premier League cigar! Haha I agree that other 10-pack offerings of larger format cigars would be a benefit for many of us. This is VERY reasonably priced. I am so looking forward to this.
