Spot on! I use my microscope (enthusiast edition) on the screen when scrolling through Bond Roberts.

Ok you know I like to critique these guys. I get it. Useful content. The guy has reach. Does he mention just about everything is faked? Or do his crowd think only premium Cohiba is faked?

Here's the news. Just about every Cuban marca and vitola is faked out there. Not just Cohiba Robustos Supremos etc.

It should be titled how to spot a fake Cuban cigar. And of course it starts well before the box.

Yeah of course we get that. The difference is a few thousand notes compared to a couple of hundred. I think this guy would rather be poked in the eye than be seen with a RyJ Petit Coronas.

I believe that at the end of the video, he mentions that future videos will cover other telltale signs of fakery. Heck, I may even view one or two of them.

That was a good analysis of warranty seal authentication. If he does more like this on boxes, bands, and cigars it'll be a pretty useful group of videos.

Credit due when deserved.

Well done, Jasim.

Can you really make anything creating a good fake Petit Corona? Faking the box and cigars and the bands and labels for a box of Mille Fleurs seems counterproductive? Any decent long filler cigar is going to cost about as much as the real thing in that bracket. Trinidad and Cohiba sure but there is just no margin for some of them. Why fake a Quintero or a Vegueros?

There's a report from a couple years ago of a counterfeiters setup. We covered it here somewhere. Many many regular non ultra premium examples are faked. See how many of your favourites you can spot here. Don't expect it only to be Limited Edition Cohiba and BHK.

I don't doubt something like the Serie D4 which I see the band for I worth duplicating. Those go for about 22-23 Euros at best. I'm sure you can make a decent fake for maybe 5-7 Euros per stick? But a genuine stick selling for about 8-9 Euros doesn't seem worth the effort for a euro. I guess on some level it might depend upon the market they will be sold in. It's one thing to have the totally crap fakes with dust low grade short filler and string in them but the good fakes are not dirt cheap to make. It's like those new fake Rolexes. The real thing is $10k-$12k US but the really good fakes are still about $1000 US.

D4 is one of the bands in that stash of labels right there. So are many others. Just raising awareness! I expect Cohiba are the most faked. For sure they are the most well known brand and the most expensive. But there are enough fakes across the board unfortunately. People are undoubtedly less prepared for them too.

What stands out to me are how they include Bolivars but I guess they want to be a full service counterfeiter? If you are going to sell fakes have some pride in it and sell a nice variety of fakes.

The pricing alone is a dead giveaway. Partagas Clubs though? These guys are hustlers if those are fake!

I seem to remember a thread that outed by name this outfit. Maybe in China...large enough to counterfeit a pretty good chunk of the Habanos catalog. Lots of websites around the world.

I've had one buddy proudly show me a 25 cab of Siglos who was indignant when I showed him the same vitola, same marca, authentic box. He got it from the site, the very same site I used in my example above. They have been around for a very long time. He thought the fact that the bottom of his box was varnished was not a significant enough detail to make a difference and and wondered who was I to say my box was real and his was fake. It's usually not a good idea to burst someone's bubble.

Legend has it, a Guantanamera fake is better than the real one.
