Popular Post El Presidente Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 Whats up for the Weekend! Well it won't be too much for me The deck boys had a BRILLIANT long lunch yesterday...12PM to 8PM (finishing on the deck with cigars). Ken provided the wines (sensational!) and Chef Tony from Tartufo curated a menu for us what was out of this world. I am massively hung over this fine Saturday. Off to lunch in an hour with five of the lads to salute Adam before he flies back to Singapore. How I made gym this morning I will never know. It wasn't my finest of sessions. Jim who is 78 saw it necessary to spot my incline dumbbell presses Lunch with Mum and Dad Sunday where I will assure her that my lifestyle is settling down. What's up for the weekend? 18
Popular Post Malt Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 It’s the wife’s birthday weekend so it’s all about her! Tomorrow it’s Ax throwing, dinner at a premium steak house in Halifax (NS Canada). Hang out later with friends and a cigar. Sunday brunch then back to the work grind Monday. 10
Popular Post LaoFan Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 上海 for F1. Last night at a 6-story club called INS with each floor being a different theme. Naturally, it wouldn't be a club in China unless at least one of them said it's almost Christmas and played this: Unbelievable food scene in Shanghai. They will be rolling me home. Today qualis. Tomorrow the race. Will be a packed few days. 16 1
Popular Post JohnS Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 I've been flat out with work of late, so this weekend will be a quiet one. I did get time to enjoy a very nice Romeo y Julieta Dianas today. 20
Popular Post Marco_011t556 Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 Excellent weather in Hong Kong these days tasting different cigars. Toscano, Fat Fundy, etc... I find the Fat Fundy has significant change after aging for 6 months, from very strong to very sweet (relative mild). It surprised me a lot! 18
Popular Post loose_axle Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 First weekend in quite a while where I haven't been working/ not working but working anyways or studying. Caught up with a few good mates for our extended LOTR viewing (every couple of months we have a lunch at one our places and then watch one of the extended films - a lot of s**t is talked as well). Tomorrow lunch with another set of friends and then prep for the week and St Patrick's Day Tuesday. 8

Popular Post El Niño Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 This morning, I'm taking my mom clothing shopping, and then my best friend's engagement party is tonight! Tomorrow, I'll be catching up with my tío and then some other dear friends later, all over cigars. Tío is a cuban expat, his family fled when he was just a boy during the revolution. He's like my grandad that I never really had. Biggest cigar smoker that I know haha 12
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 Cigars, horse racing, and indoor golf range. Dinner out tonight. Change of pace weekend 🤣 I had a great day Thursday. My retirement was announced in a company wide e-meeting. It was very flattering and blush worthy. I will miss coaching those people that were willing to learn, and loved the problem solving aspect of the business. But after 34+ years of running the business, I’m ready for some “me” time. 18 2
Popular Post Çnote Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 Unfortunately was not able to stay long, but if you like cigar festivals, then this is a strong one. 9

Popular Post WestCoastSmokin Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 Last night we went out to our favorite Italian place in San Diego, Piacere Mio. We tried their mussels and clams (wifey's idea), my first time trying it and it was delicious. I definitely would have it again! We both chose the Spaghetti Carbonara, hers with shrimp and mine with Italian sausage. It was simple but very good, it’s one of our favorites there. For dessert we got their tiramisu 🤤😋 I think they do their tiramisu really well, I wish I had some right now! Today we’re off to our Sons Teeball game, his second one of the season. Then off to his Tio and Tia's house, to hang out! Wife and I plan to smoke a cigar or two on our balcony and pair it with some nice wine! Tomorrow, not sure probably just a relax and recoup day and get ready for the week. 13
Popular Post westg Posted March 15 Popular Post Posted March 15 Abolone season came to an end today with our monthly allocated hour being cancelled due to conditions. It was actually the best day of the season with an incredibly low tide. Shocking decision and immensely disappointing for most. No additional session will be allocated. Such a gorgeous weekend by the beach. Met some colourful people 😎🌴 10
Popular Post TheDonTX Posted March 15 Popular Post Posted March 15 Coaching kids soccer games earlier today. Bowling and beers was tonight with my employees. Embarrassed to admit I might be sore tomorrow 😂. PLMC outback right now. Sunday is Dad (me) cooking breakfast day and then the Austin Rodeo! The kids go nuts. Seeing the dude ride the crazy horse with no saddle always has me asking how... 10

Such a foodie town. 1 1
Popular Post riderpride Posted March 15 Popular Post Posted March 15 Last night was my son's first day of Spring Training in baseball and he had a blast. Today was dinner and a play (suspense/murder mystery) with my daughter. The play was fantastic and she had a little jump-scare that the crowd had a good chuckle at 😂. Tomorrow, my son and I will be attending a hockey game with his buddy and his father. Our boys hit it off right away playing dev soccer and have been on the same team for 3yrs. I love it when that happens, but it's even better as it sparked a family friendship. Cheers, and enjoy the weekend! 11

I think San Diego is definitely blessed with some amazing food spots 2
Popular Post Drguano Posted March 15 Popular Post Posted March 15 I am not going to let a little snow get between having a cigar with the top down! 8 2
