Don't think of it as a lost revenue opportunity. It's an awesomeness tax - not the deductible kind though.

Climbing that ladder to stuff in a full OWC is not something I'd want to do at his age.

If you’re not charging storage fees (case per annum at minimum) and conducting QC tastings to assure proper conditions…
