Curious what some of the past winning percentages were. I’d like to do a little math to see how much I need to lose to be competitive.

If I can get my feet AND dangly bits in the same frame, I will declare myself the winner of any and all prizes!!! 😀

If you say you did it, I'm sure that's good enough for all of us. Please, no proof necessary.

Is there any issue with starting now?

We want a rolling track start in that week.

I mean, its not like FOH members are OCD and MoeFOH Steve is legally challenged by the person who came second :rotfl:

I've been losing a few pounds every week or so. I will kick it into high gear when the competition starts. My bike should be built by then!

I still have PTSD from seeing some of those rhino hooves a few years ago.

I'm already sick of this dieting malarkey. But thanks for the added motivation. I'm in, albeit already lost a little circumference. Hooves at the ready. And don't forget to grind down those calluses.

Here its a diet! A forced diet! Lower-cholesterol-and-lose-fat-else-you-will-leave-behind-a-lost-widow diet! There's no choice involved right now! Perhaps...after 3 months, if I can prove my cholesterol level is below 5 again I might, might!, be allowed a sausage now and again. Until then I will share my angst and sorrows 😫

Until then its beans, chicken, porridge, benecol, flora light. She does not subscribe to eat fat to lose fat unfortunately 😕 :D

... And its raining. If its not freezing, its raining. 🌧️

Curious have you tried the jabs? I have familial high ldl. Before, mine used to be in the 8s. No matter what I did. 2 months of jabs every 2 weeks and it’s 0. Yes that’s right ZERO. I tried everything for a long while. Always had cholesterol and I don’t eat terribly unhealthy.

Nope. Serum cholesterol at 6.7 up from 5.1 it tends to float up and down over the years. Hdl level is also higher than average. Ldl is sitting at 4.7. Triglycerides at 0.9. doctors not pushing statins or anything. They just basically said lose some friggin' weight.

Friend at the gym has lost weight quickly. I accused him of liposuction. He caved and admitted injections. I'll ask on his lipids! That's astonishing at zero. Can't be good though?

LDL under 2.

Familial high Cholestoral and no matter if I only ate lettuce it would be 5+

I can't take statins as they triggered constant muscle cramping.

Have taken Ezitimibe for a couple of years. Not a statin but a different class of cholesterol lowering medications/cholesterol absorption inhibitors.

Worked for me. No side effects. Check with your Cardio/Doc :ok:

Apparently they actually took cholesterol off the table back in 2015 but we're still talking about it
