Popular Post Rinze Posted December 29, 2025 Popular Post Posted December 29, 2025 Was saving this one & decided to light it up over Christmas weekend. Cigar of the year for me. Cigar Aficionado was not far off on their assessment. 95+ 19

Popular Post Hoosh Posted January 1 Popular Post Posted January 1 See my review HERE, but easily a solid 94 - and probably higher. This Padrón is the first Padrón to have both kicked my backside AND impress me at the same time. Never have I ever… 13
Popular Post dicko Posted January 8 Popular Post Posted January 8 Cohiba Medio Siglo (PEU? ENE 24) - magnificent cigar! Great from first puff to the nub. Cedar, burnt caramel, coffee bean. Great construction too - no touch ups and two ashes only. Youthful but very smooth. Speaking from a small sample size, but Cohiba from the 20's seem to be smoking very well young whereas previously I found they always needed 5+ years to hit fully their stride. Popular Post NYGuido Posted January 12 Popular Post Posted January 12 I just smoked my first BR 109 No. 1 (have had plenty of the No 6), and it was an absolute 94. Rested for 3 months in my humidor, and it was fantastic. As they say in Hollywood, no notes! 7

I think what he mean is some of the newer ones can be smokeable and even good with just a year or two on them…but those same cigars will still be even better with more age. 2
Popular Post Puros Y Vino Posted January 13 Popular Post Posted January 13 Responded to a similar question elsewhere. These easily come to mind. And IMO, these would be closer to 100. The 1st two certainly are... 1970 Davidoff No 1 (Cuban) Cohiba Gran Reserva (Siglo VI) 1974 H Upmann Sir Winston 1969 Punch Nectares La Escepcion Selectos Finos Habanos 1994 (humidor release). 7

Glass Half Full Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago top cigar experiences past 6 months (an unusually good set of months from a cigar standpoint)... 97+ Trini Fundadores (NOSU; 1997) KSA LE Robusto Extra (unknown age) La Escepción Selectos Finos (LEM Sep 2011) 94+ Punch Punch Spanish Release Jar (2011) Cohiba Sig VI GR (2009) HdM du Dauphin (ESOORSE (Jun '99); enjoyed just yesterday KSA Robusto (unknown age) ...To be fair, expectation plays a large role, especially for initial impressions. Being so surprised by something that was once (or still) considered simple, is a great influence. 1
Ford2112 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago @Glass Half Full I have never even heard of KSA. Seems intriguing.
