Taylor Small Batch (only because I can never get the Single Barrel) The small batch has always been just 'okay' to me. I've got a couple bottles on the bar but I never really think about opening them cause there's always something else I would like more. The single barrel is awesome however! I would absolutely love to have a bottle of this at all times. Other favorites that are readily available for me are 1. Bardstown Wheated 2. ECBP 3. WT 101 4
BrightonCorgi Posted October 7, 2025 Posted October 7, 2025 Angel's Envy for us. Just because we were gifted a few bottles and don't drink Bourbon so much. 3
thecrowder Posted October 12, 2025 Posted October 12, 2025 Favorite bottle that sits on the shelf for under $70 - Tie between ER10 and High West Double Rye (I know, it’s a rye, but I love it 🤣). Favorite bottle that is harder to find for under $70 - Jack Daniel’s 10 year. 3

It would be gone as it was being unpacked at the store. I forget how much it cost but it wasn’t that bad. I've been told the exact same things by my colleagues in Virginia, and it's crazy because here in Western-Europe it's easily found both online and at decent liquor stores. That would also be my go-to bourbon. There's better ones for sure, but for the price you can't beat the value of Buffalo Trace, in my opinion. I also like Eagle Rare but that's less common in liquor stores here (still easily obtained online though). Right now I'm sipping on Baby Jane, which I would say is decent but took some effort to find for a decent price. 2
Popular Post Homebrew Posted December 15, 2025 Popular Post Posted December 15, 2025 My daily drinker, is Angels Envy. I always keep at least one bottle, at all times. But variety is nice. My office, is rough, it is a trucking company so it is not all that neat, but the files are.😁 Have a great day. Dave (A.K.A. Homebrew) 5
GVan Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Pics of what's currently on the drinking shelves. Lots of other unopened bottles stored in other places. Best under $70 - Eagle Rare 10 @ $39.99 a few years ago in Georgia. The WT Rare Breed would be a close second and is easily found in Florida. Best over $70 - Weller Antique 107 @ $99 from Tennessee. The Rossville Union, Cask Strength at 122.2 proof bought in Maryland is the sleeper in this category. 4
sbsbsb1 Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Anything Wild Turkey or Four Roses...my two favorite distilleries. 1
laficion Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Hi all, Here is my go to bourbon, it's very reasonable in price in the U.S.A., but thanks to a good friend in the U.S. who sends me some. Its price is very good (about $40). For that price, I'd recommend you to try it, you'll love it !!!! Thank you for hearing me out. Amicalement, Guy 3
Khimerah Posted May 14 Posted May 14 As a Virginian I really like John J Bowman Single Barrel, it just became readily available at my local store, no longer allocated. It’s a bit on pricier side but I like it both neat and in Old Fashioned cocktails. if I wanted something a little less expensive more for cocktails, I think Four Roses, Maker’s, Eagle Rare, and Knob Creek have been some of my go-tos. 2
BG318 Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Since the Bourbon Gods became a-holes, I have had to restock my bar without the benefit of prestigious names. But my go to entry level stuff is aces at my establishment. Evan Williams is on my rail. Wild Turkey 101- dried fruit compote. Hard sell but those who know know... OGD 114- a little hot but so what. Makes a Great old fashioned. Evan Williams BiB 100. Just good. Wild Turkey Rare Breed. Barrel proof. I could take it intravenously. Old Forester 100. The rye kicks butt too. All the other stuff is an exclusive to one supplier or another and I won't sell my soul pimping Fireball and Mr. Boston cordials for a bottle of Blanton's, which they fully expect you to do in NJ. 2
