Dr vonPuffenberg Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 Got my Fabrica5 13X2 sampler in the mail the other day. Quite the assortment! I’m letting them rest, but excited to try everything. What’s everyone’s favorite 1 or 2 sticks from F5?
Popular Post KCCubano Posted August 16, 2025 Popular Post Posted August 16, 2025 My favorite is the Queen Corona but they are all good! 4 1
GJZDAD Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 Lucky me, Fab5 distribution center three hours away. Package arrived in two days and enjoyed a few (ok more than a few) ROTT. Loved nearly all of them and ordered some 25 bundles. Top5 Fab5 1. Sovereign Sun 2. Fat Fundy 3. Canonaza 4. Robusto Trinity 5. Churchill In keeping with the logo, but that’s just MOFOH 😂 4
Ford2112 Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 My favorites are in this order Queen Corona/Ninfa. They really are both that good. Fat Fundy Robusto Trinity Sovereign Suns( so far) Those cover all the bases for me. 2
Lucas Buck Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 I’ve only tried the Ninfas & Queen Coronas so far and like them in that order. Planning on ordering the sampler to try them all soon. The Ninfas are already firmly in my rotation and as such are the first NC in more than 20 years to have that distinction. My favorite size and essentially the only game in town that smoke anything close to Cuban tobacco. 4
Popular Post griller Posted August 16, 2025 Popular Post Posted August 16, 2025 Here is where I'm falling right now...Favorite is the N1 Lancero for a relaxed smoking experience. Love the transitions in this cigar and aging potential continues to impress. 2nd is the Carlota, which is a fantastic size and surprisingly complex for this format. Of late, the Queen Corona has become a perfect companion for grilling burgers, smoking ribs/chicken, or doing a surf & turf on the griddle. Several times I've had to put the cigar down for 3-5 minutes and come back without having to relight. From there, I'd say the rest of the catalog is solid, delivering consistent construction, mild to medium body, and ZERO pepper/spice bombs (which is a huge turnoff to my palate). These aren't Cuban, but they are lights out a tremendous cigar lineup that stand on their own. The sampler is a great way to find your "go to" and a heck of a value, too. 6
Dr vonPuffenberg Posted August 16, 2025 Author Posted August 16, 2025 So far it seems that the Queen Corona has been mentioned by almost everyone. Looking forward to trying it out. 2
05jpowell Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 Got my 3 orders through this week the sampler among them, planning on getting all of the bundles in my humidor by Christmas. Also thanks @El Presidente for the extra of the Bond Roberts, very excited to try it!! 2

Feel like FDR 😋 2

Ordered the sampler pack and with only a two day journey to my Florida home enjoyed many ROTT. While I’ve only had a fraction of other world sticks, in my amateurish sorting these Cuban-ishFab5’s are another category, in between other world and CC. They are resting now in the same humidor as their thin herd of Cuban brothers & sisters. 3
habanohal Posted August 17, 2025 Posted August 17, 2025 Sovereign Suns. Petit Corona, like a Partagas Mille Fleur. Best out of entire line up. 2
Popular Post El Presidente Posted August 17, 2025 Popular Post Posted August 17, 2025 I love the fact that everyone has a different set of favourites. 3 3

Popular Post ElLoboLoco Posted August 17, 2025 Popular Post Posted August 17, 2025 I was getting ready to say Carlota but I am smoking my first Trinity and this guy is straight 🔥. They have a fairly different flavor profile, so it’s a tie depending on my mood. 🫣🤣 5
messymerlion Posted August 31, 2025 Posted August 31, 2025 Robusto Trinity and Canonazo for me, but I am looking forward to trying the Sovereign Suns, looking at all the stellar reviews. 2
JoeyBones777 Posted August 31, 2025 Posted August 31, 2025 I've tried about 75% of them and my favorites are as follows: 1. Fat Fundy 2. Robusto Trinity 3. Petite Corona 4. Spada Gorda 5. Canonazo The Petit Corona actually shocked me because I didn't like them at all when I first got them. It took almost a year of rest before they blossomed into the perfect morning coffee cigar for me. They ended up being the first bundle I finished...I need more now. I'm looking forward to trying the Queen Corona and the Lonsdale, as those are my favorite vitolas. I also need to try the Churchills. 2
griller Posted August 31, 2025 Posted August 31, 2025 I'm making my way through the sampler & gotta admit that the Churchill, Ninfas, Queen Corona, and Fat Fundy have all exceeded my expectations. My favorite sizes overall usually fall in the Corona and Corona Gorda sizing ranges, and these are so good that I'm now expanding my smoking horizons. The Lonsdale about to hit the shelves has me drooling... 1
Dr vonPuffenberg Posted August 31, 2025 Author Posted August 31, 2025 Finally lit one up last night. Smoked the Pirámide Corta Suave mainly because the vitola looked like something I wanted to smoke yesterday and I didn’t see it mentioned yet on this thread. Very good stick! I lit up an Avo after that and it was trash compared to the MOFOH. Really looking forward to trying the rest. 2
