The FOH cigar stand. I love that thing. Takes up no space and just kicks ass, inside or out. When I started collecting, I bought every ashtray I saw. Once I got the stand ashtrays didn't matter anymore.

I love most of the accessories, lighters, cutters, ashtrays, carry cases. It's been almost as big (and as expensive) a rabbit hole as cigars. There are days when the pokemon theme song goes off in my head as I leer with gentle lust at some new cigar related bling to acquire. 

On another note will FOH stands reappear or a Fabrica 5/ Bond Roberts line of Merch appear? Wouldn't mind having that in the collection

I've gotta agree with @JohnS, the FOH stand is such a solid accessory to have. I'm sure the FOH team would sell out if they offered these for sale again. (And that smoking monkey ashtray too, lol!)

The PerfecPunch cutter is my favorite accessory. 3 sizes, all very sharp, all very thin steel, magnetic closure, lightweight, and it's a cigar stand too. Looks cool and functions great. I highly recommend for those of you that prefer a punch cut.

This is a topic where my answer will change pretty frequently. That said, right now it’s my Govee WiFi and Bluetooth hygrometer. As I’m now expanding my collection, it’s really cool to pull out my phone and check on the humidor/tupperdores.

There's nothing worse that having a smoke and being unable to light it. To me, the lighter is the most important and my favorite is a Japanese remake of a vintage Dunhill pipe lighter I got about 25 years ago.

My Diamond Crowns don’t hold humidity for shit. I have numerous Boveda 65s in them and they run at high 50s. Maybe I need even more Bovedas?

The Xicar Tactical One lighter is my trusty go-to, and I love the little rest on the lid. This was given to me by a trading partner over two years ago, and still works great. Had a spell recently where I couldn’t get it to light, but it just needed cleaning and a little touch-up. Works great again!

My favorite right now has to be my Sotelo case. This thing is great and seems built to stand the test of time (and ash, whiskey spills, and drops)! Holds everything I need, securely.

The PerfecDraw gets my vote. I'm on my second as the first was lost, but it's saved me from many a tight Cuban and extended the enjoyment of many an excellent cigar. 

"I like the fact that you're so into something that you don't care if you look like a twat doing it" One of the few positive cigar comments from my lovely wife while I was using the PerfecDraw to save burning my fingers.

Props on the FoH stand @JohnS for sure, but I don't know where mine is at all.

@Capn_Jackson and I were unintentional lighter twins for a long minute, but I needed something a little more slim line. The last few I've gotten were Visol, which is based in DFW, so there's some local synergy. I love this new slimline black one, the gunmetal is pinpoint and the bic is classic.

I carry a Xikar punch on my keychain, but it's the cutter of absolute last resort, I'll use my fingernails before that. No technical reason, it's a perfectly good cutter, but a punch rarely works for me but the talismanic effect keeps it in my pocket. I have a Xikar vcut and a Colibri guillotine. The Colibri I got pink to keep it from walking away. There's also a Palio which I do recommend, but it's deep in the day bag as a backup.

Humidors are essential and last forever. Right now, I have 4 150+ liter tupperdor (long term & presorted), 2 ~6 liter biokip (one for smoke now, one for Duos), 3 1 liter biokip (sorting and temporary segregation), a custom ammo box (rares that I don't want to look for when the mood strikes), and I'm picking up an Aristocrat in the next few weeks. I also carry a 10ct travel humidor in my day bag.
