Popular Post GP012 Posted June 18 Popular Post Posted June 18 This question was spurred a bit by the threads on plugged cigar lounge etiquette and Tampa lounge shotgunning, and I don't recall a similar thread recently. Here's the patio where you'll find me from ~March to ~Oct/Nov depending on when the snow flies in New England. During the winter months, I'll sometimes smoke in my garage, but the quantity of cigars drops considerably. The closest lounges are 50+ minutes away, so I don't get there too often. What's your smoking setup? 26 1
Popular Post tbelle7 Posted June 18 Popular Post Posted June 18 Back Patio 90% of the time. Garage when it gets too cold (Jan - Feb). I've never been to a cigar lounge in the States. 27
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted June 18 Popular Post Posted June 18 Unless it’s very windy, stormy, or cold, I’m in my cigarden. Otherwise, I’m in the garage. TVs and heaters are in both. 25

Popular Post garifo Posted June 18 Popular Post Posted June 18 Cool setups everyone... In winter, my Garage but will be installing a mini-split soon so I can smoke during the summer as well. Backyard... once to twice a week, in my car driving from work. 17
HuffnPuffff Posted June 18 Posted June 18 What a great thread and some awesome posts. Thanks for sharing. I’ll dig it some pics and update tomorrow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
Popular Post BG318 Posted June 18 Popular Post Posted June 18 Under the pine trees until it gets too hot or cold. I belong to a 24/7 cigar lounge for those times, which is usually empty because I work at night. 12

Nice mate. Thank you I was collecting pieces for years and years. Never had any place to put them. I had a lounge downstairs, but I had to move my mom into there to take care of her. After she passed the FIL took her place. So I have the upstairs loft and closed that was between two bedrooms. And built it to accommodate all my collectibles. 3
Popular Post ha_banos Posted June 19 Popular Post Posted June 19 During the summer the garden. I've a cover of it's raining. The pub gets too busy outside in the summer. Also have a little flat roof outside my home office room. If we're gathering Boisdales. Nice covered heated terrace of needed. Winter is tough. Local pub does have heated covered huts. Great space. Photos hard to find! 6

Popular Post JohnS Posted June 19 Popular Post Posted June 19 The two main spots at my home where I do my cigar smoking for my blog series... This is my upstairs deck area. The afternoon sun in winter is gorgeous and this is where I host get togethers with other FoH members. The view is mainly tree-lined, even though I live in a suburb in Sydney that is only 20 kilometers away from the Central Business District. Towards the left, in this picture above, is the very long Georges River. My Downstairs area is more suited to the Spring and Summer as I have Cloth Shades that shields off the direct sun. Another lovely area to smoke a cigar. The view from downstairs is my pool. It's really nice in the summer! 21 2
Popular Post westg Posted June 19 Popular Post Posted June 19 John. I see you still have one of Rob's shirts from 2012, and using it as a table cloth. You have to let it go mate. You have to let it go. Nice set up though! 🌴😎 9

I face similar dilemma as you currently, pieces to display, but nowhere to place them. I travel fair bit for now but perhaps one day I settle down, less travel and have a dedicated room to display them. For now I will admire yours! 2
Popular Post Gemini_Man Posted June 19 Popular Post Posted June 19 I have made 2 major architectural investments to support my cigar smoking enjoyment. I covered the back patio/outdoor fireplace with a pitched roof and ceiling fans. And built a temp controlled lounge in a portion of the detached garage. 25 1

Local pub does have heated covered huts. Great space. London is tough in the winter. I assume you mean Boisdales as the one in Belgravia. The last time I was there, it was full and I had to wait. When I got the spot, couldn’t stay long enough to finish the cigar, even with the heating on its just too cold for me being from the tropics. I do wonder why there are not more places indoors like Cavendish No 6, seems like they are quite busy. I would like to try the hotel on Manchester Street next time. Great to see so many amazing home setups here, lots of inspiration between the lounge and terraces.
Popular Post MTimbo Posted June 21 Popular Post Posted June 21 I'm fortunate to have bought a beautiful home with my fiancé almost 2 years ago with a covered back deck and a lovely view. I've been slowly working on getting the back yard in order and the space has really reignited my love for cigars now that I have my own space to enjoy them. I'll have to get the garage in order come winter, but for now this is my paradise. 11
Popular Post ha_banos Posted Sunday at 07:55 PM Popular Post Posted Sunday at 07:55 PM Went took couple photos. Here's the covered bit. In the background is the uncovered bit. And I've a little balcony outside my home office. With a visitor who looks like he's been busted. Probably chasing pigeons. 13
