Let me summarize in an effort to spare others from clicking on the video, like I did.

Cigars are brown

These 3 cigars are different shades of brown

The darkest of these 3 cigars is the most expensive

ergo: darker brown cigars are better than other brown cigars.

Personally, I like Usman's cigar reviews. As for the short video under discussion, he did not say that Cuban cigars with dark wrappers taste better than those with lighter ones - it's a bad choice of video title, for sure. I thought he was just marvelling at the rich dark appearance of the Trini Cabildos, even in comparison to a Cuban Maduro.

I get a lot out of watching Rob and Ken's cigar reviews, and they've helped me learn quite a bit about the Cuban cigar portfolio. I happen to also enjoy Usman's reviews as well, and believe my taste palate has some similarities to his, making his recommendations useful to me.

I like his channel too. He does good review videos.

I don't feel as if it’s a critique on Usman. It’s the format and the desperation. The world is tired of ‘Dicks looking for clicks’. The longer format stuff, takes work, and can be interesting and rewarding, and useful. This short video it not designed to benefit ‘us', it’s designed to serve ‘him'. If he can’t be arsed to put in the effort, he should focus on his proper job. 

If he really wants clicks, he should do what all the other desperados do, and put up YouTube shorts of pert breast being doused in baby oil...only to pan out and reveal it’s a tray of eggs.

I mean, he does though 🤷‍♂️.. most of his videos are longer format. I don't do YT shorts, TikTok, etc. So I wouldn't have watched what was posted had it not been here.

My reply to you was me expressing support for Usman's longer videos. In contrast, with the shorter stuff...if you have nothing of worth to say (i.e. cigars are brown)...then don't.

I cannot watch him either. I was sat next to him at Mitchell's one evening. He's the same IRL. Won't lie ... I'm not the target audience.

I make no commentary on Usman as I have never had the pleasure to spend time  

However (to my mind), this video is evidence to the disease that eventually infects all the "influencer class". Shitty content for the sake of content. 

Initial robust throbbing pieces slowly flag until the influencer version of erectile dysfunction sets in. They simply can't get an idea up. 

Videos that were once the "60 minutes" of the cigar world become "shorts" of "how brown is your cigar"-"what does how you hold a cigar say about you"-"I stubbed my toe Saturday while smoking a cigar" .
