Perfect Habanos draw?

Wonder if the IP patents ran out on the real PD. It's also funny that they would brand a draw improvement tool when "each habanos is made to the highest quality and every one is draw checked".

We have a hard enough time determining fake Habanos cigars, now we have to deal with potentially fake Habanos rip-off products? I wonder too whether to move this thread to the 'Suspect Cigar Sub-Forum' or not? 😂

Every one is "draw tested".  Yeah, when the electricity is on, and factory workers decide to show up for work instead of escaping to live in another country! 😁 Preferably one that has some food available.

I wouldn't think so--IP parents should be good for 20 years. The PD has only been around less than 10.

Differing types of Patents. It depends on the one filed/registered. 

Design Patent is 14 years I believe (in the US). Less elsewhere.

Not official as far as I can tell. I guess it's just another Chinese made knock off. In fact, confirmed, it's available on Ali 🙄

The US utility patent runs until 2036.
