On a completely separate point.  I had this line said to me by a top Kiwi bloke I worked with. Where did this come from is it an antipodean thing?

I have no idea mate. I recall my year 6 teacher drilling it into us and it never left.

Haha! I had no idea of the solemnity of the original context, I thought (when originally told) that I was being told not to leave empty beer cans around.

Hmmm, I seemed to have missed the definition of Tosser once again. I started to think it was an arrogant bloke with an expensive lighter. 🤔

Also, if anyone on this side of the pond uses the term “mainstream media”, 99 out of 100 they belong to a cult. 😀

There's a lot of shit they say that I agree with. Not going to discuss the charges; I see the guys on instagram periodically but don't follow them enough to know the details. Straight up, a lot of men are passive agressive emasculated jackwads these days, they might also fall in that same category being all talk but I miss the days where if you had a problem with someone you could just slug it out in the streets and have a beer with them at the pub afterward.

I'm embarrassed that the UK spawns arseholes like these 2 wankers. Doesn't matter if they say 1000 things that I agree with (they do not) but their attitude and behavior towards women is unacceptable in any civilised society and I hope their toxic views are never given oxygen again.

I don’t watch or read the BBC, it’s Gov rubbish.

Genuinely amazed by that...It's about as close to impartial as you can get, as proved by the fact that both main political groups here in the UK believe it favours the other.

I dunno man, this feminism garbage they're teaching American women these days needs to have a stronger counter argument. You boys across the pond probably don't see it as often but shit is getting ridiculous here in the States. I'm not here to babysit 40yo women-children that's for certain.

You might give us an example? Not trying to antagonise - I’m genuinely curious.

I can't without getting into personal details whether it be my own experiences or experiences of friends, colleagues, and co-workers. Let's just say, it's gotten to the point where I no longer actively pursue American women and opt to date foreigners because they seem to be far more prudent and have a clearer understanding of dignity and state in life.

There's so much confusion nowadays. News channels and social media talk about oppression and injustice all day long, men vs women, white people vs black people, westerners vs easterners, christians vs muslims.

This has got to stop sooner than later. Truth is, focusing on what separates us has never and will never help. What do we all share ? What's common to us all? That's why I love this forum, we're all here to share and dig deeper into our common passion, I consider us all as brothers and that's all there is.

Those "influencers" can't have any power over educated people and that's where the real fight is, education.

It's just a soothing balm for hurt people, that want something to blame other than their own inadequacies.

The Tates, Tim Pool, Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro...yadda yadda yadda. The whole "Manosphere" con. They are just incels, who make videos for incels, about how not to be incels. It's pathetic.

God...I just miss the days when you were allowed take your top off, and be free to ride a grisly bear through a lake...oh wait....shit!? There is literally nobody stopping me.

I'm not talking about those you mention in particular, I'm talking about ALL influencers. They all have something to sell and it's up to us not to buy anything from them.

Yep, wholeheartedly agree. That said, let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. YouTube can be a hugely valuable resource. Some incredibly skilled people offering up their knowledge and experience.

It's just a case of making sure you support genuine content, and never clicking on the bullshit merchants.

Agreed. I've been able to build my own cigar cabinet and make lots of work around the house thanks to those skilled online teachers but I wouldn't call them "influencers", personally.🤔
