Can anyone provide some info on their Qatar duty free cigar purchase experiences?

Pricing?

Stock ?

are they 24 hrs?

I went through Doha Airport last October and the humidor there was bare. I believe there's been other accounts since that verified much the same.

I hope someone can provide a more recent picture for you of what the humidor is currently like.

We must have just missed each other! Same same on my way back from Tokyo, no Cubans.

Luckily I picked up two boxes of Galanes the week before when they still had about 20 boxes of mixed Cubans!

Dubai DF equally sparse too last month. Its really taking the pleasure out smoking cuban cigars, it should not be a treasure hunt.

I've been there three times over the last year or so. Always the same - absolutely nothing of interest. Forget about Cubans - even decent NCs aren't available. 

From memory, they had some mid tier Davidoffs. Hard pass for me.

Not when you can't find Montecristo 4s or whatever myriad of other regular production cigars. It sucks, big time. When all they have is overpriced Cohibas and Trinidad and a bunch of cigarillos it's the shits.

I agree. The pleasure in the hunt was for rare birds. We can't even find ducks and the tag price is getting out of hand.

Last been there 6 months ago,

nothing Cuban of note other than really well-priced QD50s,  2021 PSD4s and HYM PR, of which I got 2 boxes each.

but everything else was obscure non-Cubans and Davidoffs

And a bunch of overpriced Cohibas ofc
