Popular Post Sir Diggamus Posted June 18, 2023 Popular Post Posted June 18, 2023 This cigar is one of three that I received as a prize for winning one of these awesome review contests in early 2020. It is colorado claro in color and the aroma is sweet hay and barnyard. The dry draw is all tobacco and cedar. Once I clip and light the cigar I get baking spice notes right off the bat and not much else. About 1/2 inch in I get a couple of woody notes, sweet cedar, and hardwood. Some roasted nut notes join in at about the 1inch mark. Mild to medium in body with the flavors being subtle notes, not the punch you in the face I am used to with Punch. The ash holds for a looooong time. As soon as the 2/3 starts the cigar picks up to a medium and the roasted nuts flavor moves to the front. Cedar, roasted nuts, and a little cream on the finish are the flavor package that is a X2 of flavors during the first 1/3. The finish becomes a tasty salted peanut, so good. The last third sees an entrance like the finish of the 2/3, all salted peanuts in flavor, now a medium-full in body and full flavored. The salted peanut note is also present on the long finish that coats my tongue. The baking spice note comes back into the background. The cigar finishes much like the rest of the last third with salted peanuts up front and baking spices all over the finish and retrohale. A nutmeg note slips in during the last two inches. A very good cigar overall and one that seems to have legs for aging. I only have 1 left so I will be saving that one for at least a few more years before enjoying it. THANK YOU FOH! 91 score 13 1

"his voice, hardened by sarcasm, could not hide his resentment" They are currently on sale in London for approx $200. Which I find crazy. But in a world where a customer will pay $200 for a cigar it's a relatively small leap to think someone will drop $25k on a cab of 50 cigars. To the billionaires this is chicken feed. It's a morning cup of coffee.
