Kudos to @ATGroom as Cuban Cigar Website has updated this cigar's listing already...

From launch, this cigar was named the Picadores on the boxes and in most catalogues, although a small number called it the Picadores No.1, as did the Habanos barcode validation system. As of the 2023, the packaging has been resdesigned, with the name on the boxes now appearing as Picadores No.1. The special band was inspired by a 1970s design.

They're terrific cigars.  Disappointed it took me so long to become a fan.  A cigar I just never tried until I bought a box and then another one right away!

Do you have a preference for age? I've had a box chilling for about a year but I've heard many people say that these need 3+ down

As they're updating all the artwork and labeling for the health warning stickers I guess they decided to correct it. Probably an oversight on the originals that they just never bothered to change until they re-did the whole thing.

Kind of helps distinguish these from the original Picadores. I hate when discontinued cigar names are used like the LGC Turquinos. They seriously couldn't think of anything original?

Haven't owned them long enough or had enough boxes to make a statement.  I see them as 10+ year cigars.  Why not?
