Durian - revisited

in the previous thread on durian, wherever that might be, i promised that if i ever got the durian article published, i'd put up the link in case anyone was interested. also, thanks to fuzz and others for information and ideas - i have, of course, made no acknowledgement of you at all.

      *I remember seeing a discovery channel show about how some Asian passengers aboard airplanes would get out  Durian to eat and how the other passengers vehemently complained about the smell and demanded action to deal with it!  So they finally forbade their passengers from bringing Durian fruit aboard planes. Even Andrew Zimmerrin couldn't deal with the funk coming off of Durian!

You will see a lot of signs banning durian in Malaysia and Singapore. Hotels, buses, taxis etc.
