El Presidente Posted April 29, 2021 Posted April 29, 2021 In honour of Nino's post on a Cuban divorce. Man Bought a House Next to His Ex-wife Just to Install a Giant Middle Finger businessinsider Alan Markovitz, a Detroit based strip club owner, had bought a house right next to his ex-wife’s home in Michigan. Mysteriously, there is a bronze statue installed on his yard, with the middle finger pointing upwards. This statue is tilted in the direction of his neighbor, who is not surprisingly his ex-wife. Lea Tuohy, the daughter of his ex-wife, tweeted about this piece of sculpture. “’How psychotic do you have to be to buy the house directly next to your ex wife and then put a statue up like that?!?! Real classy Alan,” she wrote on her twitter feed. 4

Giant Middle Finger... “Real classy...” 🤔 and besides...it appears “The Hand” has its own sun shade. Wouldn’t want property devaluation from bleaching in the sun...now, that there is a considerate neighbor. 🤣 1
Fuzz Posted April 29, 2021 Posted April 29, 2021 It is classy. He didn't put it in the front yard.... 1

Now, now...let me refer you to the HOA ~201.007 subparagraph a, items: 7: There is to be no posting of vulgar sculptures of body parts in the entirety of the front living space of the property. d) Body parts may not consist of hands or genitalia and may not be directed at any ex-partner’s livable property. 1

It is a religious statue. It represents the main tenets of his religion, namely; oneness in thought and singular in purpose. To give this symbol to another is the highest honour. Besides, the statue is in the back, satisfying the main point of the HOA, namely that it is not in the front living space of the property. Point "a" refers to a sculpture in the front living space of said property.

We contend he had no choice but to be classy and put the statue in the rear 😊 due to the salvation of HOA bylaws.....🤣😂
joeypots Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 I'll never get married again. Next time I'm tempted to get married I'm going to find a woman I don't like and buy her a house. Attributed to the late, great, Rodney Dangerfield. 1 2
