Box codes OER and BOE

Can anybody tell me about these codes? 
OER are RASCC from apr 20 and BOE are MC 5 from May 19

Most likely provincial factories. 

2020 codes for major factories: GEM= Upmann, TUA= Partagas, RAT= La Corona, MAR= El Laguito.

Factories for those are unknown, but I have seen quite a lot of BOE Monte. As stated above, probably provincial.

I've got a box of OER RyJ Ex.#4 from Mar 20. Haven't smoked one yet but they look good. I have high hopes for them. Only one way to find out...

Is the provincial quality as good?

Sure.
They are also produce for Factorys in Havanna.
Boxcode just shows where Cigars are sorted and packaged.
