Bijan
Looking at original 2001 release of Cuaba Diademas it looks like 300 boxes of 5 were produced so 1,500 in total. Is there anything lower production? https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand/cuaba#diademas-seleccion-limitada-italy

NSXCIGAR
Which ones are you talking about getting, the Diadema 2001 releases or the regular production versions from 2003-2013? Not the same things. As far as the rarest productions, the 21 individual 1999 Siglo XXI humidors containing 10 or 20 cigars of each model would result in no more than 420 sticks of a particular model made. I would guess that's the lowest production number cigar. 1

Are they a special limited run and not just from the regular production runs or aged examples? If any of the 10 counts were specially made for the release I guess the lowest number would be 210 then.

Many of them are new one-offs or resurrected models. They would qualify. And yes, lowest would be 210 up to max 420.

I believe if the Piramides had the standard band they would have been unique for that year. https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand/multi-brand#siglo-xxi-millennium-humidor

The CCE isn't too special as it's one of the regular production sticks but those 105 1999 Cohiba Piramides would be pretty darn rare. I wonder how many of the XXI humis have even ever been broken up. It all depends on if they have a standard band or match the jar piramides release from 1999: https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand/cohiba#reserva-del-milenio (10,000 jars were produced) Yes wonder where they are all at now. Apparently one failed to sell at auction about 10 years ago. I think the starting bid was supposed to be about $224,000 US. https://www.cigaraficionado.com/article/giant-siglo-humidor-fails-to-sell-at-london-auction-16053

That’s like having a bottle of ‘47 Cheval Blanc, it’s worth too much to actually drink. Purely a collector/investment purchase.
Benz1209
Perhaps the Cohiba 60 Annerversario humidor? Only 50 made. Not sure how many each in humidor. Only cuban i know with 60 rg too.

Only 50 produced, but 50 in each humidor so total of 2,500. https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand/cohiba#50-aniversario-humidor That's the reason I thought the Cuaba might be the lowest one (300 boxes of 5 cigars), because most releases are 25 cigar boxes or 50 cigar humidors, so even if they make a handful it's still more over all.

I am big fan of the Punch Diadema too, but just don't seem them around a long time. Smoked my last one ?

Yes, a lot of people feel that way about Cuaba But yes smoking a cigar individually numbered X/1500 will probably feel a bit weird.

Only the Millennium Jar cigars have those bands and all three Millennium cigars have the same band. So it seems the 1999 Cohiba Piramides is the rarest cigar produced by HSA. You'd have to see the owner take it out of the giant humidor or have good proof that they own one to trust it though. Someone could take the 2001 limited edition and remove the second band. I think I read the humidor is electronically temperature and humidity regulated. But yeah the way they have it wrapped, it's probably not plugged in. Correct on both - electrically regulated and cigars properly stored inside the house.
NSXCIGAR
I would not be relying on the 1999 Cuban electronic humidification system in those humidors in any way. I consider those more for show than for function.
