Depending on the size of the apartment (room dimensions), you'd have maybe $1200-$1500 in recycling, based on 10c a can. A room with dimensions 3.5m x 2.5m x 2.6m (L x W x H), would have about $280 in recycled cans, taking into account the ceiling and about a 15% loss for a window and door.

Is there no cellphone reception in there because the whole room is a Faraday cage?

If you stumble against a wall, will you leave an impression like Wile E Coyote?

How’s it smell?

So many questions...

It's not completely sealed (windows, doors and the bathrooms), but the signal would be severely reduced. You may get reception depending on where the tower is, and which part of the apartment you're in.

I'd be too scared of ruining it like this ^^^

On the plus side, the occupants don’t have to wear their aluminum foil hats anymore.

Faraday cages are reeeeeally complicated. I wonder if this might act more like an antenna than a cage

No. Just like a sheet of aluminium foil can reflect rf signals, so to will the cans for any external signal. We're talking about a wall of cans, with little gap in-between, if at all. Depending on the strength of the signal, it may penetrate the first wall of the can but it would be a lower strength level, then would encounter the other side of the can. If the antenna was touching the cans, then yes, the cans may act as an extension of that antenna.

However, you may get better reception from a wifi router inside that apartment, as the signal is bounced around into areas that may have been previously blocked.

it's too bad he didn't choose a good beer to do that with. lots of good beers in cans but Bud isn't one of them

Yeah, it's a classic can though! Probably the best branded beer ever from an advertising perspective.

Nah, if I didn't know what Budweiser was, I'd never guess from the branding.

This artwork makes it absolutely clear to anyone what is inside the can....

Wow! I've never seen anything like that. And I'm not sure that my wife would approve of such a project and would allow me to have such an office in the house. By the way, I think this room is a work of art. Actually, I believe that everyone should have a hobby, because then there will be no time for bad thoughts and actions. Also, hobby improves your mood and makes you want to live. Unfortunately I don't have a hobby yet so I would like you to share your hobby ideas. I even found an article to find out how can I be more passionate about life. Because I don't have much fun in my life now.
