yes, i know there was a thread on this somewhere but i couldn't find it. from travellers.

 

From charming signs in regional USA (like the one above), or a message in another language that has been delightfully lost in translation, signs like these can deliver a much needed giggle when you’re lost, or just travel weary.These are some of the best we’ve seen. Pictures: Imgur and Reddit.

That monkey sign is from Kyoto - seen it many times and it always makes me laugh.

English signs are just as hard to make sense of.

My favourite sign is actually painted on the road and I used to pass daily: SLOW HUMP AHEAD.   Cue Barry White.
