Popular Post X-Man Posted April 12, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 12, 2020 Factory Name: Robusto Especiale Dimension: 50rg 192mm, 7.5” Appearance: Extremely attractive, silky smooth wrapper for such a sizable cigar. Construction: The weight is 21.47g, over 1.5 times the average weight of Trinidad Fundadores. There is no soft spot of this cigar and it feels very solid. Perhaps it is packed with nice tobacco and I do not need to worry about it being tight. Cold Draw: Very distinct aged cedar and light touch of honey sweetness. Also noticed slight taste of beef jerky, which I have never observed before. Flavors - 1st qtr: Took my time to carefully light the cigar. From the first puff, picked up nice woody cedar scent and tasted toasted beans. The volume of smoke was incredible, especially when I suspected this might be a tight cigar. Turns out not only the tobacco used is ultra first class, but the construction is masterful. Just like that, my concern is gone with the smoke. 2nd qtr: I recalled I wrote an review about this same cigar back in 2016 and almost 4 years later, the same bean flavor actually intensified over the years. Now the aftertaste of this cigar is extremely enjoyable. The scent is magnificent, as I picked up notes of floral and aged tea. 3rd qtr: When I started smoking this cigar, I went with natural sparking water, so I can really sense the full flavor. However, I decided to make myself a ristretto flat white using my coffee machine. I am taking my time to slowly enjoying this cigar, as I do not want to ruin the wonderful, yet complex combination of cedar, honey and tea. I also picked up a very interesting flavor of pork floss, which I have never tasted before in any cigars. 4th qtr: Sensing aged cedar and pencil shavings, plus smoked beef jerky (smoky, sweet & spicy) is appearing towards the end. While enjoying the final portion of this cigar, I am reflecting on what is happening around the world right now and how blessed we are. To celebrate this Easter Sunday and being grateful to have family and friends who are all safe and healthy. We really need to slow down and take our time to appreciate the things that are most important to us. Thank you Rob for creating this review. Thank you FOH for allowing me to share my passion. God bless! 23 1

Now! Sent from GJ 1151 In Chinese, Taiwanese, Malaysian, Singaporean and other Asian cultures, pork floss tops everything from porridge to cakes and pastries. Pork floss is generally caramelized through roasting prime lean cuts of legs, with special blend of soy sauce and sugar, which gives a combination of sweet, savory and meaty flavor. 3
